As a YouTube Partner Channel, the company decided to launch an original animated series designed specifically for the existing audience of Latin America's most famous video blogger: Werevertumorro.

I was required to design and implement a fast-paced and extremely efficient production process, capable of delivering volume without diminishing production value. Through disciplined scheduling and strategic design parameters for the show, a lean team accomplished a production rate that enabled the constant flow of episodes necessary to build an audience very quickly.
